We work with dozens of schools, churches and social service agencies to find families in need of food assistance around the holidays. For Thanksgiving, we package all of the ingredients families need to make complete Thanksgiving dinners. For Easter and Christmas, we distribute supermarket gift cards.

 

If you would like us to consider your organization as a referral source for Thanksgiving meals, please answer the following questions:

• Would you or someone from your organization be available to accept a bulk food delivery the Sunday before Thanksgiving? If not, would you or someone from your organization be able to pick up the food boxes in Northeast Philadelphia the Sunday before Thanksgiving?

• Do you have a place to store the turkeys until they are picked up by the families?

 

If you’ve answered yes to both of these questions, we’re happy to consider you as a referral source for Thanksgiving meals as long as we have the capacity. If you’ve answered no to either of these questions, don’t fret. We can consider you as a referral source for Easter and/or Christmas gift cards—again, as long as space allows.

 

NOTE: Families are NOT able to refer themselves.
